Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations — stay tuned!
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@petzmatters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Petz Matters is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@petzmatters.com.
